User interviews

I have experience of conducting user interviews throughout my career.  These can take a formal, structured approach, using a set of directed questions to ensure you get a consistent level of information from each person.  Or perhaps a more of a relaxed, informal chat over coffee is sufficient to gather the insight we need.  It all depends on the subject matter, environment and project requirements, and I can be flexible to suit these.
