Running a User Journey Mapping exercise
facilitation and Participation
To support research and design exploration I can to run and facilitate discovery workshops with clients, users and internal teams. For example, when working with HCL and Deutsche Bank, I facilitated Google Design Sprints and discovery workshops, as part of project kick-offs. This involved exploring the problem-space with a team of users, SMEs, and the internal software development team.
During these sessions, I would run User Journey Mapping exercises and create Personas. After exploring and understanding the problem-space and users, I would run quick-fire sketching/ ideation sessions with the group. Ideas were shared, iterated and voted on. At the end of the week an agreed design was evolved, prototyped and tested with users.
user testing Analysis
I also have experience of running User Testing Analysis sessions. For example, at HCL (client Deutsche Bank) and Ministry of Justice, I ran interactive sessions to allow the team to share and analyse the feedback observed during user testing. This is useful when working under tight timescales when the team needs user feedback fast. Within one session, or one day, I was able to collect, analyse, summarise and prioritise user feedback.
