Reporting

Able to quickly and concisely summarise complex research findings into easily digestible reports, for either client or internal viewing.  It's essential that the findings of user research speak to everyone to ensure the team understands why and how we need to improve the user experience.  This is why I aim to tell a story with my reports and take the team on a journey by delivering easily consumable packs, rather than dense reports.
