Wireframes
I produce two key types of design documentation:
1. Concept Design Documents
These documents introduce a design or idea at a very high level. They tend to be packs that have a story to tell and take the audience on a journey as to how and why the concept came to be.

2. Detailed design specifications
These are detailed documents intended for software engineers and describe all required interactions, ready for build. If the team is working in an Agile way, this level of detail may not be needed for all parts of the design, perhaps just the less obvious or more complex areas.
